The 10th annual Connected Health Conference featured a lineup of newsmakers, thought leaders and visionaries sharing the ideas, experience and inspiration that are driving the future of technology-enabled health and wellness. Connected Health Conference is hosted by PCHAlliance and Partners Connected Health at Partners HealthCare.  This year's theme, Balancing Technology and the Human Element, showcased forward-thinking approaches and technologies driving integration of connected health into consumer health and care delivery.
